All bets on GoldenPark are placed directly through the platform. Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled, so please verify all details before submitting.

• Always confirm whether your bet has been accepted — GoldenPark is not liable for bets that fail to process due to server or network issues.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. Always confirm the odds before placing your bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bets placed at those odds may be voided.
• If a match is abandoned, incomplete, or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with GoldenPark's established rules.
• Arbitrage betting on the same event is prohibited.

GoldenPark may decline any bet or set maximum stake limits at its sole discretion.

GoldenPark currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

• Deposit: Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 6–24 hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are listed on the payments page.
• Always use accurate details when sending money — payments sent with incorrect information may not be recoverable.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

• Using arbitrage betting or guaranteed-profit strategies
• Attempting to hack the platform's system or gain unauthorized access
• Involvement in money laundering or the use of illicit funds
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information

GoldenPark may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Failure to verify identity
• Suspicious Betting Patterns
• Involvement in Illegal Activities
• At the user's own request

You may close your account at any time. Simply request a withdrawal of your available balance and contact our support team.

GoldenPark is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or unprocessed due to an internet connection failure
• Losses or issues caused by a malfunction of the user's device
• Service disruption due to third-party technical failure
• Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user

GoldenPark always works to maintain service quality; however, the platform may occasionally be unavailable for brief periods due to technical reasons.

GoldenPark reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via your registered email or on the platform.

• Amended terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, you have the option to close your account.
